Kayn’s father spent his last years in a continuous care facility; sitting at a window waiting for Alyssa.
Harry and Phillip, Kayn’s older brothers found their father underneath his carpenter bench, unresponsive, suffering frost bite and dehydration. While hospitalized the Doctors believed that he had suffered several small strokes and after further testing he was diagnosed in the early stages of Dementia. Harry had sent Kayn notice of all the Hospital reports, but received no response so he and Phillip represented the only two family members willing to provide the hospital with directions for their fathers care. They tried returning him to the ranch, with an army of caregivers, but he refused help and in due course he was returned to the emergency room suffering from a blood infection. Together Harry, Phillip and the Hospital Administrator’s signed a joint order placing him in perpetual care. When he was coherent and logical Harry and Phillip took turns bringing him back to his beloved ranch home where he would rest on the porch until it was time to return to the Care Unit.
Like a million other prescribers to the daily News, Kayn read of his father’s passing, in the morning publication; a small family service would be held at the Ranch with his father’s ashes spread over the property. Within a week he received notice of the date, time and place for the reading of the Will, which of course he ignored. Shortly thereafter he received notice of the estate assignment, which did not differ from what he had been told by his father as a young boy; 90% of the land was divided between Harry and Phillip; 10% going to Kayn, with a conservation easement in favor or the Federal Conservatory Reserve, blanketing the land to evermore remain in its natural state. Kayn had no intention of disputing the land assignment; he immediately sent the paperwork onto the in-house Solicitors giving them instructions to gift the lands to his oldest son, Robert.
______________________
Over the years, Harry became a brilliant investor and philanthropist. Known as the Prophet of the Prairies, he believed that a stock which cannot be held for 10 years should not even be owned; now with a portfolio valued in excess of Ten Billion Dollars his audience watched each and every move Harry made towards investments. When sitting on the board of trustees for Duke University; he met Robert, Kayn’s oldest son. Having no children of his own he enjoyed getting to know and becoming good friends with him.
It became quite common for Robert not to return home between school semesters; since leaving home he had become quit distant from his father and found it easier to communicate through his mother, who would travel to North Carolina to spend time with Robert. He found his growing friendship with his Uncle so worthwhile; beginning to understand and respect his diverse heritage. He had also been introduced to his Uncle Phillip and his grandmother, Alyssa, who he found to be so sincere and genuine. He had finished up all pending registrations over the first few weeks of summer and was planning to go down to South Carolina where he had found a job. Packing the last of his bags, the phone rang; it was Harry advising him that Alyssa was on her way down and bringing a guest. Robert anxious to see Alyssa again confirmed that he was leaving then and would arrive later that afternoon.
Harry had talked to Robert about his relationship with his mother becoming estranged after she left his father; but over time he respected her decision and knew it had not been a generous life for her on the ranch. She was living a life now that was very beneficial to her growth and happiness. Both Harry and Phillip were happy for their mother.
Entering the door at the arrivals terminal, Harry saw Alyssa standing with a man, who he thought he recognized, but did not know from where. He walked over and was quickly introduced to Dr. Albert Morton; immediately Harry knew of this renowned man worthy of his regard. Harry quickly raising his hand to greet Dr. Morton.
“Well, sir this is a pleasure. When Mom said she was travelling with a friend, I certainly did not expect it to be such a luminary persona. I have followed your work for years. It is truly a pleasure to meet you.”
“Thank you. I as well am thrilled to meet you, having followed your career for years. Perhaps we can both benefit from some career council ling during our visit.”
“I look forward to it.”
Robert arrived at the house later that afternoon. He was honored to meet Dr. Morton and admired the ease and contentment that surrounded he and Alyssa. The house vibrated with laughter that day.
Alyssa was thrilled to be able to spend more time with Robert; the gathering proved to be the beginning of a long-time alliance between a very diverse troupe that by chance had congregated and quickly formed a comradeship that would carry forth knowing no limits. At Roberts request it was agreed that his father not be told.In the months that followed, Harry advised Robert of the illegal implications surrounding Albert. He knew he must be with his extended family and friends giving support so he travelled home with Harry. For months, it seemed that the devastation surrounding Albert and Alyssa would not cease until Albert stood to public surrender.
All along Alyssa had kept her news from Albert, not wanting to burden him further; she had been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and given only a short while to get her affairs in order. She had quietly spoken with Harry, Phillip and Robert, leaving them in complete ruin when hearing the news; but respecting her request to not tell Albert. The day of Albert’s sentencing, he turned and looked at Alyssa before being lead away by the guards; she stood strong, not giving any indication of her own destiny, only whispering her love. Her solitude and isolation over Albert quickened her demise and with her family at her side she found peace. Harry was appointed as executor for her estate; which held no monetary value only his vow to his mother they would find out what, or who, was responsible for Albert’s demise.Harry had such admiration for Robert; he reminded him very much of himself at this age; dedicated to his studies; achieving his Masters in Medicine and then carried on his studies in neurobiology; now residing in Brazil under the Duke Alumni in their studies in Social Justice and Sustainable Developments. Robert calls South Carolina home, visiting his Uncle when opportunity arises. He has also formed a special bond with his Uncle Phillip who he has promised to visit on the ranch that his grandfather started. He hears from his father, a few times a year and only returned home when hearing the news of his mother’s illness.

If it were not for his genuine regard he had for his relationship, Kayn would have ended his friendship with Irene months ago. His children, her children, they all offered nothing more than distasteful judgment. It had become an embarrassment to even attempt to entertain them within the same room.
For the Christmas holidays, Kayn had made plans for he and Irene to travel down to Miami, where he had a beach front estate. When he mentioned their plans to his daughter she become outraged with the thought so Kayn then volunteered that perhaps she and her family also travel down with them. She of course accepted the suggestion and by the end of the day had convinced two of her siblings to also come. Irene, after hearing the revised travel plans, thought it best that she not go, but Kayn would not hear of it and further volunteered that she see if any of her children wished to come as well.
The day the Towne Car meet Kayn and Irene in the lobby of their building en route to the Airport, they were embarking on a trip that now included both her children and Kayn’s. She had come down with a troublesome cold and flu that did not want to go away, even with the antibiotics that her Doctor had prescribed. As she sat in the backseat of the car her thoughts were only that she should be staying home.
Over the next forty-eight hours children and grandchildren continued to arrive; and Irene wanting to greet and tend to everyone’s needs, ignored the Doctors orders to rest.
Looking down on the courtyard; to the right were his children, all but Robert, and to the left were Irene’s; he had seen similar standoffs on the 49th floor board room. Since his mothers passing Robert had become very distant always too busy to come home. Kayn, thought that was a winning attribute for his eldest son to have, success first, family thereafter. He turned from the balcony, poured himself another drink and walked into the study to return to his work. He would let Irene worry about harmonizing the troops.
Reviewing the security updates he was surprised to see that Martin Graham had agreed to go back to Australia; Kayn remembered, with a smile, the last time he swore never to return. Martin and the ASIA agent, Stephen Forbes were on Bar Cove Island when three of the AOC agents were taken into custody; charged with possession of the illegal fire arms and narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. Martin had returned to Brisbane, where the paper trail for Chanarong Montri and Kim Chan So ended; at the time of his report he was still attempting to access the surveillance tapes from the air terminal. Martin’s closing comments for the attention of the local police department was that in searching the Island all guests were accounted for except for Mr. & Mrs. Bao and asked that a search commence for this couple.
The second report came from the International Financial Task Force giving some indication of the cash resurfacing in accounts in the Caymans and Switzerland; looking at the balance of accounts, Kayn recognized that it was minuscule to that which was reported as missing.
Irene got through the holidays still not feeling better and only wished to get home. Kayn on the other hand had made arrangements for them to carry on to a ten day trip through the Bahamas. For the entire trip Irene remained in their cabin.
After arriving home Irene made an appointment to see her Doctor where he after seeing her extreme drop in vitals since their last visit, put her immediately into the hospital.
Kayn found this somewhat disturbing having to go to the hospital to visit her and having to arrange for his own supper, which, over the weeks, became a double whiskey.
What started out to be a ten day visit turned into months, with no improvement being seen. All the tests and scans had been taken showing nothing to assist the Doctors in Irene’s care, but each day she was becoming weaker and weaker.
After talking with her Doctor, her children returned to be at her bedside; Kayn visiting when he could, offering little in support. His lack of respect for their mother incited the group to eventually refuse him access into their mother’s room.
At 2:30 a.m. with her children at her bedside Irene suffered a massive brain aneurysm and passed away.
Her children left it to the hospital staff to notify Kayn.
He took the call from his office the following day, extending his gratitude for the news that Irene was out of pain and now the family can start healing. After thanking the Nurse for her call he replaced the receiver and continued to get ready for his lunch with Shirley; a lovely lady, who had recently lost her husband. He, of course recognized that it would be most inappropriate for them to dine alone, so he had arranged for his daughter and Shirley’s niece to also be present.

When Life Gives You Lemons make Lemonade’ and all its variations is perhaps one of the best known sayings around, but who invented it first? There are two candidates for this honor, the actress Joan Collins (*1933) of ‘Dynasty’ fame and the motivational writer Dale Carnegie (1888-1955), perhaps best known for its book ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People‘.
Like always when it comes to the question, who first said something that went viral, a definite decision is difficult to make, but there are a few hints, that point to Mr. Carnegie as the original inventor of the ‘Life Lemon Lemonade’ concept. First, he lived earlier than Joan Collins, second he is more often named as the person who said it first. Unfortunately it is not documented when he first uttered the words, but the original Dale Carnegie quote is said to be: ‘”When fate hands you a lemon, make lemonade.’ and has later been adapted to a more modern use of language by a multitude of people. The meaning behind it is easy to understand, if something happens to you that you don’t like, use it to make something out of it that you do like. This is the third reason why Dale Carnegie is the most likely author, as it fits in seamless with the rest of its teaching and philosophy.
And what about Joan Collins? By the time she became famous, the saying had already gone viral and was present in the mind of a lot of people. Her version of ‘If life throws you a lemon – make lemonade.’ became widely known through ‘new’ media such as TV and the internet, which were not available at the time Dale Carnegie lived. In summary, you could say that, whilst Dale Carnegie invented the original quote, Joan Collins made it famous and thousands of people took up the idea behind it and added their own twist to this famous saying.

A photo collage is an awesome way of immortalising the photos that mean so much to you. You know that you never want to forget those moments – the ones that really took your breath away – so why not display them for all to see on your wall? With a photo collage you can use all your favourite photos in a very artistic and creative way as an astounding piece of wall art. Here are the three most common styles of collage that you will find with professional canvas printing companies. Some may vary slightly in terms of exact styles, but overall these are the most popular and exciting approaches used commonly by expert designers.
1. Random montage
The random montage is carried out automatically and involves an indiscriminate placing of all your photos in a totally unique way. It creates a random but inventive effect that really brings your photos to life and gets the best out of their colour and energy. This is the cheapest but by no means the least effective collage method. Your photos are placed arbitrarily but this allows all your great snaps to be given pride of place on your wall!
2. Overlap montage
The overlap montage is the most successful and popular style of photo collage because it involves a custom layout by an expert designer who works sympathetically and considerately with your photos for optimum results. The photos overlap in a very original and innovative way – making sure that no subjects or important elements of the photos are left out or covered up. With the overlap montage you can tell a story through your photos by chartering the growth of your children or the development of your relationship. Use your imagination to make the most of your photos.
3. Photoframe montage
The photoframe montage is an interesting style of photo collage whose layout is once again fully customised by a professional designer. Like the overlap montage, there is a slight covering-over onto the photos but the subject and thus the energy and dynamism of each and every one is not lost. The background is a blown-up shot of one of the pictures in the foreground photo collage.
All three of these styles give a very original and creative photo collage – choose whichever one suits your fancy! Choose photos that mean so much to you and display them in a cool and unique way by using a photo collage that really gets the best out of your photography skills!

If you have a financial stake in the event then promoting it will be high on your list of priorities. You will need people to buy tickets so getting it wrong can be disastrous. To make sure you advertise in the right places you need to consider who your audience are.
Some obvious traditional routes include press advertising. Depending on the type of event you need to be very careful about where you choose to advertise. There are specialist music magazines and newspapers such as the NME that are great if you are trying to capture a national audience. If you are just promoting a local gig then the local paper makes sense. Press advertising can be expensive though so consider if your target audience will respond to this kind of advertising.
Posters and flyers are another great traditional way of promoting events. They are reasonable inexpensive to print but you will need to put the time in distributing them. You could hire a promotions company to do this if you are working on a larger scale. Remember you cannot just put posters up anywhere. It is illegal to fly poster so be careful where you put them. You may decide to mail them out to music shops/recording studios/rehearsal rooms to target music fans or you may decide to target a larger audience.
Another option in 2011 is the internet. There are thousands of music websites and forums where you can post free ads. Some sites charge for advertising but if they receive a high amount of traffic then this might be very worthwhile. Social networking sites also plays a big part in promoting music these days so don’t overlook them.
Radio advertising is also much more affordable than you might think. Local radio stations will allow you to promote your event with 30 second ads that they will create for you. If you are working on a larger scale and need to sell several hundred tickets or more this might be a good option.
Whatever you decide to do to promote your event consider your budget! A good mix of all the above should work but it can swallow all your money. You may be limited to a few of the above but don’t have too many worries your promotion can still be successful. There is a lot to consider when promoting an event but get it right and you’ll be on track for a successful event.

I am a doctor with young-onset Parkinson’s disease. After my diagnosis 5 years ago at age 44 my life changed but my neurologist told me two things that stuck: “keep moving, ” and, “make hay while the sun still shines.” The first was a nod to exercise and to stay involved in life, and the second, “do it now.” First I explored Asia, did a lot of writing and then, took an assignment from a US research firm in the Philippines. I spent two years there and learned a great deal about being happy. Filipinos were designated by a study in the British journal “The Economist” as the second happiest culture in the world. I took notice.
These were relatively poor people but each took a great deal of pride in whatever capacity they served whether it be in a job or as a family member. This was a place where maids (“ya-ya’s”) and fast food workers were no less happy, pleasant, or proud; and each treated their functions with no less importance than that of real estate tycoons and high level government officials. I met all of these and came back feeling that it was essential if I were to “keep moving” to rework my own purpose. I could no longer execute medical procedures with a slow unsteady right hand, and daytime sleepiness made a call schedule next to impossible. I needed to serve in some new capacity that stirred enough tireless passion to get me out of an indulgent sleepy malaise and back into life.
I had done a great deal of writing for my research and in logging my experiences during the time in the Philippines and at the suggestion of a close friend, a pediatrician who was enjoying my emails that chronicled my often insane time there, began writing about Parkinson’s. Thus emerged my new mission and purpose: to utilize a love for writing and combine it with my medical knowledge.
I started to research and write and distill all the random information out there into a structure that I hoped would really educate people facing Parkinson either themselves, via a family member, or as a caregiver. That source needed to be constructed with good information easily digestible by anyone.
As part of that structure I wanted to create an online community of sharing. Thus Dopadoc’s Parkinson’s Journal has become a major focus. In it’s rather short life I have asked almost every day, “How can I make it better, more interesting, more useful, and more interactive?
Regarding covering the actual field of Parkinson’s disease, I dove head first into finding out what works, what might work, what’s just plain Vodoo, what to expect, and how you and your loved ones can deal best with this condition. I want to share this knowledge with you and learn as much as I can from your input. I invite participation from, patients, doctors, family members, friends, researchers and anyone just interested in this condition and in finding better treatments and even a cure someday.
And guess what? Like the Filipino “ya-ya” maid or the owner of Philippine Air, I have found a worthy purpose for now and can say that despite everything, I feel blessed and happy!

Do people tell you that you are too choosy when it comes to meeting and dating a potential romance? Would you like to find the love of your life, but you don’t want to settle for just anyone?
One of my clients got divorced several years ago. As the breakup crisis settled down and she moved into her new life, she remarked, “Thank heavens, I never have to go camping again!”
Whatever the dynamics were in her former marriage, for some reason, she felt it was her duty to participate in something she hated. Consequently, as she searches for someone new, she looks to see if a potential date has absolutely everything in common with her.
Two things have happened as a result of her rigid approach: she found a few men on the internet who met all of her criteria, but when she saw them face to face, she didn’t like them; and, she can’t find anyone else to date. She is convinced that there isn’t anyone out there for her.
I told her I knew it was hard work to go looking, but that there was someone trying to find her, as she was trying to find him. I reassured her that just because you haven’t found him yet doesn’t mean he doesn’t exist.
She continued, “Yeah, but I can’t find anyone who likes to do everything that I do.”
I told my client that she would increase the likelihood of meeting someone if she could keep an open mind and an open heart. You need to consider people who may not be the type you have always imagined.
If you are finding a short supply of people to date, consider the following:
*Think carefully before you put labels on what you want people to be.
Is the color of someone’s hair, how much they weigh, or how tall they are a non-negotiable requirement, a need, or a want? The same could be said for their age, how much money they earn, or their years of formal education. Do they have to live in your city, or can they be within a 500-mile radius, or can they be from anywhere?
*Shared interests are important, but are all of the ones that you have in mind absolute musts?
Often, just several shared interests are more than enough to give you a focus around which to relate. There is no rule written that says you must do EVERYTHING together. Let go of that self-imposed limiting thought and new doors will open for you.
Keep the net wide open when you are telling friends you’d like to meet someone.
Do not thwart the possibilities of who they can bring to you with specific criteria unless it is a totally necessary requirement. Tell your friends you would like to meet someone wonderful, and leave it at that. There is no doubt that chemistry is vital, but you and your friends can’t know if that is going to be there until you meet the person. Relationships that last have the qualities that endure, such as kindness, intelligence, honesty, patience, and vibrancy.
Accept the fact that after the age of 35, most people come with a history of relationships and other responsibilities.
You may have to stretch yourself in order to fit or accept this reality. However, if you can keep your heart open, you may find these challenges to be your new blessings.
My father used to say, “There’s a lid for every pot.” There is someone out there for you. They may not look exactly the way you thought they would, but you don’t have to go camping with them either if you don’t want to. They are waiting nevertheless.

Animation, contrary to what many people think, has a long and illustrious history of its own. Ancient Egyptian excavations reveal that the Egyptians did extensive wall decoration way back in 2000 B.C. Even the Greek, in their ancient paintings and drawings reveal a fascinating sense of imagination. Leonardo Da Vinci has used some form of animation in his famous illustrations. The Japanese have used scrolls to tell stories from ancient times. The ideas behind animation are not a recent phenomenon and have existed for centuries now. With the increasing impact of technology, the face of animation has been revolutionized.
It has been mankind’s quest from the beginning of time to capture the sense of motion in art. This gave rise to ancient paintings which could be found in caves. One has heard of such drawings associated with several civilizations of the past. A Frenchman named Paul Roget invented something known as the thaumatrope, which was a disc with a string attached to both sides. One side of the disc had the drawing of a bird and the other side an empty cage. When the disc was twirled using the strings, the bird appeared as if it was inside the cage. Such early inventions were forerunners to the present day animation.
Later, an instrument called the henakristoscope was invented by Joseph Plateau, which was a circular card with slits around the edge. The viewer had to hold the card up to a mirror and peer through the slits as the cards whirled. A series of drawings would be present around the circumference of the card. What the viewer would see was the optical illusion of a moving picture. Plateu introduced this to the US in 1826. Decades later, the advent of computers and software literally changed the way animation was done. Now literally nothing is impossible as far as animation goes. Using current animation software, one can create mind boggling animation. Hollywood is full of animation pioneers. In fact, who can forget Walt Disney’s innumerable animated characters, which have become American icons. Animations have become more realistic in the sense that one can virtually duplicate real life situations using state-of-the-art animation software.

Dating back to 1209 Cambridge is the second oldest university town in England. This historic seat of learning is a fitting location for a wedding venue when you bear in mind that marriage is nothing if not an education!
Wedding Ceremony Venues in Cambridge
If you are looking for a suitable venue in Cambridge in which to hold your wedding ceremony then the city’s numerous historic colleges is the obvious starting point. Whilst a number of Cambridge colleges hold wedding licenses only the following ones are available to non college members: Corpus Christi, Jesus, Downing, Magdalene, Newnham and Trinity Hall. It’s worth remembering that many of the Cambridge colleges are not available for weddings during term time. With limited vacation dates available it is best to book your wedding in Cambridge as early as possible. It is only possible to hold your wedding ceremony in one of the Cambridge college chapels if you are a college member.
Wedding Reception Venues in Cambridge
If you are considering one of the Cambridge colleges for your wedding reception venue then you might find the Conference Cambridge website a useful source of information. Don’t be put off by the ‘conference’ implication – the site lists all the Cambridge colleges whose facilities are available for weddings and also guides you through the various restrictions. All the colleges offer beautiful historic settings, which provide a quintessentially English backdrop for your wedding. Corpus Christi College, which dates back to 1352, has a magnificent panelled hall, which provides a ceremonial setting for a grand wedding breakfast. Another suggestion would be Trinity Hall, another of Cambridge’s oldest colleges, which has beautiful grounds and a riverside terrace. Some of the Cambridge colleges offer accommodation outside of term time if you have wedding guests who need to say overnight.
Themes for a Cambridge Wedding
Why not incorporate the colour blue in to your wedding scheme? A ‘Blue’ is the term for a university sports award and the tradition of awarding ‘Blues’ began at Oxford and Cambridge. You could have blue wedding stationery, wedding flowers in various shades of blue, blue tie backs and bows on your wedding receptions chairs, and even a blue garter! Another idea would be to name each table after a different Cambridge college or famous Cambridge alumni. During the ‘lull’ between your wedding ceremony and wedding reception you could treat your guests to a punting trip down the ‘Backs’ (the idyllic and scenic backs of the colleges). A champagne picnic punt would be nicer still.
Alternative Wedding Venues in Cambridge
If one of Cambridge’s ancient seats of learning is not for you then there are some truly stunning wedding venues in Cambridgeshire and the neighbouring county of Suffolk. In Cambridge itself you have the Hotel Felix. This contemporary country house hotel has beautiful grounds and a picturesque facade, which offers a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos. If you are wanting to hold your wedding in an usual setting have you taken a look at Duxford Air Museum yet? Within 45 minutes drive of Cambridge you have three exceptional and wholly unique wedding venues which are worth looking at. Hengrave Hall near Bury has one of the best bridal suites in the country; The Rotunda at Ickworth House will ensure that your wedding photographs are unforgettable, and the Jockey Club Rooms in Newmarket provide a magnificent setting at the very heart of British horseracing history.
Recommended Wedding Suppliers in Cambridge
There are many excellent wedding suppliers in the Cambridge area – a few of which are particularly worthy of a mention. Firstly, have you ever come across Bespoke Design? They produce the most amazing wedding stationery – brilliantly and uniquely themed for each wedding couple. They create stunning table plans and place settings, which will become treasured souvenirs. On the wedding photography front there are many to choose from in Cambridge, however, we would recommend giving Gary Rowsel, Mark Ashworth and Lightworks Photography a closer look. Hiring the services of a personal wedding dresser is becoming more and more popular. Linda Mclaren comes highly recommended and her charges are very reasonable. Our final recommendation is for Biscotti di Debora who offer a magical array of continental style wedding confectionary that will wow your guests and give them plenty to talk about. They can also create a Croc’embouche, a continental wedding cake made out of a tower of profiteroles and Chantilly cream, which cannot fail to make an impressive statement.

Have you ever done any of the following?
1. Made excuses for not practicing because you “didn’t have time”?
2. Practiced the same licks and exercises that you did last year?
3. Felt like you had hit a brick wall in your progress?
4. Felt unsure as to what to practice?
Unless your name is Steve Vai, chances are you’ve done at least one of the above!
They are all symptoms of having a lack of vision.
What do I mean by vision? Vision in this context is having a clearly defined picture in your mind’s eye of how you would like to play. It must be a crystal clear, exciting and inspiring picture!
Without an absolutely clear picture of what you would ideally like to sound like, you
will not know what you need to practice in order to realise that vision. You will also
probably lose the drive and motivation to practice daily for many years until you can
play like your vision. You may even start using the loser’s mantra which is “I don’t
have time to practice”.
Exercise One:
Think about how you would like to play in 10 years time. Close your eyes and try to
see yourself playing exactly how you would like to play. Write down what you see now.
Make sure that it is detailed. What techniques are you a master of?
What songs can you play? What bands are you in? How many students do you
teach? How does it feel when you play like you do?
Exercise Two:
Now write down what areas of your playing you will need to start
working on in order to reach your vision. What techniques do you need to start
practising? What chords do you need to learn? What music theory do you need to
start learning about? Do you need to start doing ear training? What books, teachers,
CDs and other tools will help you realise your vision? How much time every day do
you think you will need to practise in order to play like you want to play?
Exercise Three:
Spend 10 minutes a day for the next 30 days imagining yourself playing exactly
how you would like to play. Do this with your eyes shut. Don’t worry, it won’t make
you want to start eating tofu or go around the neighborhood hugging trees!
At the end of every time you do this, write down one small new detail about your
vision. By the end of 30 days you should be feeling so excited that you’ll want to practice 24/7!
